These terms apply to everyone who uses this website, including companies looking to hire and candidates applying for roles. By using the website you agree to them.

For companies

• Wasla Hire finds, vets and shortlists candidates. The company runs the technical interview and makes every hiring decision.
• Our fee and the full terms of each engagement are agreed in writing with each company before we start. No fee is due until the hire has completed 30 days of work.
• Candidate information we share is confidential. Companies may use it only to evaluate and hire candidates for the agreed role.

For candidates

• Applying is free. Wasla Hire never charges candidates any fee, at any stage.
• The information you send us must be true and your own.
• Applying does not guarantee an interview or a job.

Using the website

• Please don't misuse the website, for example by sending spam or trying to access private areas.
• We work hard to keep information on the website accurate, but roles and details can change without notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Wasla Hire is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the website. [Wording to be confirmed by a lawyer.]
